Travel Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking your trip with us. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

2. Health & Fitness

  • Our tour involves physical activity ( hiking, horseback riding, high altitudes).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to join.

  • Please inform us in advance of any health concerns, injuries, or dietary needs.

3. Travel Insurance

  • You must purchase a travel insurance. We recommend you purchase one that covers:

    • Trip cancellation or delays

    • Medical emergencies

    • Lost or stolen belongings

    • Adventure activities (horse riding)

    • Repatriation Cover

    • Hiking up to 6,000 meters

We are not responsible for any costs or losses due to uninsured events.

Recommended insurance - World Nomads (approx $150aud) to cover trip

4. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

  • Kyrgyzstan has a 60 day visa free program for citizens of the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and several Asian countries. For others, e-visas or visas on arrival may be available. Always check the latest requirements before traveling.

  • No refunds will be issued if you're denied entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

5. Travel Conditions

  • Weather, road conditions, or political events may require itinerary adjustments.

  • We reserve the right to modify, reroute, or cancel parts of the tour for safety or logistical reasons.

  • These changes do not qualify for a refund, but we will always offer a meaningful alternative.

6. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS BY THE GUEST:

  • 30+ days before the tour: 50% refund of first payment.

  • 15–29 days before the tour: 25% refund of first payment.

  • 14 days or less: No refund (unless we can fill your spot)

  • No-shows or early departures: No refund

CANCELLATIONS BY US (THE OPERATOR):

  • In the rare case that we must cancel political unrest, or safety concerns:

    • You will receive a full refund.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS:

  • Itinerary changes due to weather or conditions do not qualify for a refund.

  • Missed activities due to flight delays or personal emergencies are not refundable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By joining our tour, you acknowledge:

  • You participate at your own risk, especially for outdoor and adventure activities.

  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or delays caused by third-party providers, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • We work with a trusted third-party service provider that has established emergency procedures and risk management protocols. However, in the event of an emergency, you will be responsible for all associated costs, which must be covered by your own travel insurance.
